The terms that govern your access to and use of LeadPOS.
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you” or the “Customer”) and LeadPOS (“LeadPOS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your use of our point-of-sale software, applications and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
LeadPOS provides software to ring up sales, manage inventory, handle customers and produce reports and tax-compliant receipts. We may add, change or remove features over time. We provide the Service on an ongoing basis but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may offer a free trial for a stated period. At the end of the trial you must choose a paid plan to continue using paid features. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service (such as products, sales and customer records). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and back up that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you collect and for obtaining any consents required from your own customers.
The Service is designed to keep working when your internet connection drops and to sync once you are back online. While we take care to make syncing reliable, you are responsible for keeping your devices in good order and for verifying that records have synced correctly.
The Service, including its software, design, logos and content (excluding your business data), is owned by LeadPOS and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
The Service may integrate with third-party products such as payment processors and mapping providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement or operate without interruption or error. You remain responsible for your own tax filings and regulatory compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for a reasonable period for export, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and the courts of the Maldives will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
